Melbourne West Halqa started in 2012. It includes not only western suburbs but also the north region of Melbourne. It geography starts from Werribee and goes through Footscray up to Craigieburn. Initially, it was started to serve Muslim Community in and around Footscray. Due to growing Muslims community in western suburbs of Werribee, Hopper crossings, Tarneit and northern suburbs of Craigieburn and Fawkner, the Halqa boundary was extended to include these areas.
- Currently, fortnightly Quran Circle program is arranged at worker house in Craigieburn.
- Yearly fundraising dinner for Charity Australia International is also arranged in this Halqa.
